Eggplant salad - Israeli food

Eggplant salad / Hagit Paragon
Fry a large eggplant into slices and take out
Fry onion until golden brown
Add crushed garlic to about 3 teeth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Salt and water to the desired consistency
Add hot or sweet paprika
Place the eggplant slices in the sauce
Add a quarter cup of vinegar
Cook for about 15 minutes
Crush with a fork and stir well .... Turn off and add generously chopped cilantro
Eggplant slices can be prepared in the oven by lightly salting oil dripping and oven ... turn to the other side until golden brown and continue as in recipe
