IMMIGRATI: chi paga le conseguenze?

Il problema dei migranti, esploso in tutta la sua drammaticità in questi giorni, rischia di trasformarsi nella resa dei conti per l'Europa.
La Spagna parla di responsabilità penali a carico del governo italiano, i francesi hanno detto che siamo vomitevoli, insomma le accuse non sono mancate.
Ad ogni modo gli spagnoli non sono certo teneri con i migranti che tentano di raggiungere le loro coste a nuoto, partendo dal Marocco, mentre la Francia respinge a suon di manganellate i migranti a Ventimiglia, con la polizia in assetto antisommossa, e come non ricordare le illegali incursioni francesi in territorio italiano, per dare la caccia a presunti clandestini.

Secondo alcuni sondaggi la maggior parte degli italiani si dice favorevole alla decisione di chiudere i nostri porti. Con questa decisione si vuole mandare un messaggio forte, l’Italia non può mettersi da sola sulle sue spalle il problema.

In questo momento il compromesso è, da un lato conciliare la necessità di farsi sentire in Europa, sapendo che fino a quando non si manda un segnale forte, come la chiusura dei porti, nessuno ti ascolterà e allo stesso tempo cercare di non far pagare il prezzo di questo segnale forte ai disperati che cercano di scappare da situazioni drammatiche e che sono vittime strumentalizzate degli scafisti, oltre che dalle mafie e ora anche dalle necessità politiche del nuovo governo italiano.

E’ giusto aver dato questo segnale forte?
E’ giusto che ha pagarne le conseguenze siano sempre i più deboli?

IMMIGRANTS: who pays the consequences?

The problem of migrants, exploded in all its drama in recent days, is likely to become the showdown in Europe.
Spain speaks of criminal responsibility against the Italian government, the French have said that we are vomiting, in short, the accusations have not been missed.
In any case, the Spaniards are certainly not tender with the migrants trying to reach their shores swimming, starting from Morocco, while France rebuffed with the sound of truncheon migrants in Ventimiglia with police in riot gear, and how not to remember the illegal French raids on Italian territory, to hunt for alleged illegal immigrants.

According to some surveys, most Italians say they are in favor of the decision to close our ports. With this decision we want to send a strong message, Italy can not put the problem on its own.

Right now, the question, the compromise is how to reconcile the need to be heard in Europe, knowing that until you send a strong signal, such as closing ports, no one will listen to you and try not to charge the price of this strong signal to the desperate who try to escape from dramatic situations and who are victims exploited by smugglers, mafias and now also by the political needs of the new Italian government.

Is it right to have given this strong signal?
Is it right to pay the consequences are always the weakest?
