Bisogna prendere l'abitudine di assaggiare tutto quello che si cucina, è la prima indicazione per quelli che amano cucinare, ed è l'unico modo per capire come creare nuovi sapori mescolando quelli che già si conoscono. La cucina è più che altro una continua sperimentazione. Oggi vi propongo un bel risotto con zucca e gamberi, buona giornata carissimi :)
