These days, while I was walking around Lecce, I found myself watching the garden of a private house, with the eyes of a suitor as if fascinated by a beautiful maiden. One of the aspects that I really appreciate so much about Italy, is its aesthetic side. A life is not enough to admire it completely, although it is not really a large nation, it is full of beauty and full of monuments and so on. And it should not be visited only outside, but also inside, even in the homes of the people who live in this beautiful country.
I was there, leaning against the gate, looking at an artificial lake. There was an old lady living in that fairy tale, and she asked me what I was doing. In the simplest way possible, I answered him that I was enchanted by what I saw, and I immediately asked permission to take some pictures being an enthusiast. And consensus has arrived instantly...

In questi giorni, mentre passeggiavo nei dintorni di Lecce, mi sono ritrovato a osservare il giardino di un'abitazione privata, con gli occhi di un corteggiatore come se affascinato da una splendida donzella. Uno degli aspetti che apprezzo davvero tanto dell'Italia, è il suo lato estetico. Non basta una vita per ammirarla del tutto, sebbene sia una nazione non proprio grande, è strapiena di bellezze e colma di monumenti e quant' altro. E non andrebbe visitata solo esteriormente , ma anche dentro, fin nelle case delle persone che abitano questo bel paese.
Ero lì, appoggiato al cancello, mentre posavo lo sguardo su un laghetto artificiale. C'era una signora anziana che abitava in quella fiaba, e mi ha chiesto cosa stessi facendo. Nel modo più semplice possibile, gli ho risposto che ero rimasto incantato da ciò che vedevo, e ho chiesto subito il permesso di fare qualche foto essendo un appassionato. E il consenso è arrivato all'istante...

Everything was perfect, no modern design and advanced technology, but only nature and simplicity. I appreciate the people of Salento so much for their attachment to the land and living there, I can also understand the reason for this obvious reason.

Era tutto perfetto, niente design moderno e tecnologia avanzata ma solo natura e semplicità. Apprezzo tanto i salentini per questo loro attaccamento alla terra e vivendoci, riesco a comprendere anche il motivo per questa ovvia ragione.
