La bellezza delle verdure fresche e biologiche?? io penso sia proprio questo!!
Questa piccola lumachina stava tra le foglie di lattuga appena raccolta, ovviamente trovare questi piccoli ospiti tra le verdure che normalmente acquistiamo è ormai un episodio raro e questo proprio perché i nostri amici animali sanno grazie al loro istinto cosa è buono da mangiare e cosa invece non lo è!
Diciamo in parole povere che i pesticidi, insieme a tutti gli altri agenti chimici che danno splendore ai banchi del fruttivendolo non sono proprio il cibo preferito dei nostri amici animali.
Quindi, quando andate a scegliere frutta e verdura non cercate la perfezione, perché non è reale, non è autentica.
Cercate invece l'imperfezione che in questo caso porta con se di sicuro molta qualità!
