Abruzzo, Teramo, Il Borgo Medioevale è un complesso di edifici ottocenteschi costruiti sulla piccola collina di San Venanzio a Teramo, attraverso una stravagante fusione in un'unica struttura di diversi stili architettonici e artistici (dal neogotico al dettaglio, con numerose contaminazioni derivanti dalle molte esperienze formative maturate nel tempo dal suo Autore). Questo gruppo di edifici e aree verdi è anche identificato, meno esattamente, con il nome di Castello Della Monica.
Voluta e pensata dall'artista teramano Gennaro Della Monica, da cui prese il nome, fu iniziata nel 1889
