    Then why didn't you select to decline payout on the post?

    If you are going to exploit Steemit platform by using someone else's work in order to profit, then you are likely to be reported by other Steemians.

    You must have read Steemit FAQ and familiarised yourself on how the website operates before using it when you signed in, so you obviously know that what you are doing is unwelcome here.
