Primi passi verso la trasformazione digitale - (Parte 1)

Per iniziare questo nuovo percorso voglio precisare innanzitutto che in questa sezione non spiegherò gli strumenti disponibili sul mercato per affrontare la trasformazione digitale, perché ovviamente sono di facile ricerca su internet, ma andremo a lucidare, secondo la mia opinione e i miei studi in economia aziendale, per molti sbagliata o giusta che sia, le nozioni principali per arrivare ad utilizzare suddetti strumenti.
Ovvero capire quali sono i metodi e la mentalità da acquisire per diventare imprenditori di successo.

To start this new path I want to make it clear first of all that in this section I will not explain the tools available on the market to deal with digital technology, because they are easy to search on the internet, but it is a lucid, according to my opinion and my studies in business economics, to many people wrong or correct that it is, the main notions to get to the aforementioned instruments operator.
That is to understand what are the methods and the mentality to be acquired to be successful entrepreneurs.

Al giorno d’oggi la tecnologia ci pone diverse sfide, nel senso meno stretto del termine. Per essere al passo con le maggiori aziende ed essere competitivo sul mercato, bisogna capire come affrontare i diversi costi, apprendere velocemente gli strumenti da utilizzare, acquisire le competenze giuste per gestire la propria impresa e come procedere una volta attuato un piano di crescita aziendale.
Tutto ciò porta gli imprenditori a concentrarsi sulle soluzioni a dette sfide, invece di concentrare l’attenzione sul vero “fagiolo di Balzar” (prendendola da Dragon Ball, la vera medicina per guarire), ovvero se stessi e una solida strategia.

Nowadays technology presents us with different challenges, in the narrowest sense of the term. To be in step with the major companies and be competitive in the market, you need to understand how to deal with different costs, learn quickly the tools to use, acquire the right skills to manage your business and how to proceed once you have implemented a business growth plan.
All of this leads entrepreneurs to focus on solutions to these challenges, instead of focusing on the real "Balzar bean" (taking it from Dragon Ball, the real medicine to heal), so oneself and a solid strategy.

La grande opportunità di successo oggi è rappresentata proprio dalla consapevolezza di sé stessi.
È facile alzarsi ogni mattina e fare ciò che si è sempre fatto, ma bisogna essere pronti al cambiamento ed evolutivi in base alla dinamicità del mercato. Questa è la vera grande sfida dei nostri giorni, rimodellare la propria attività in base alle innovazioni tecnologiche in atto.
Ripartire da zero non è semplice, rimettersi in gioco lo è ancora di più, ma chi lo farà sarà l’imprenditore di successo che avrà varcato e superato il periodo storico ormai al collasso.
Molti pensano “io sto bene cosi, continuo a guadagnare”. Purtroppo, la paura prende sempre il sopravvento verso l’ignoto, si tende sempre a stare al sicuro, ma l’unica costante è proprio il cambiamento. A questa gente non rimane che sperare che il mercato improvvisamente diventi statico, come puoi ben capire è praticamente impossibile, presto vedranno la morte delle loro attività!

The great opportunity for success today is represented by the awareness of yourself.
It's easy to get up every morning and do what you've always done, but you have to be ready for change and evolving based on the dynamism of the market. This is the real big challenge of our days, reshaping its activity based on the technological innovations in place.
Starting from scratch is not easy, getting back into the game is even more, but who will do it will be the successful entrepreneur who has crossed and passed the historical period now collapsing.
Many think "I'm fine like that, I keep earning". Unfortunately, fear always takes the upper hand towards the unknown, we always tend to stay safe, but the only constant is the change. To these people nothing remains but to hope that the market suddenly becomes static, as you can well understand is practically impossible, soon they will see the death of their activities!

È ovvio che per percorrere il cambiamento bisogna essere disposti a nuove prove e sfide, probabilmente mai affrontate prima.
Bisogna quindi fare chiarezza con sé stessi, cercando di comprendere quali sono le paure, ma soprattutto le convinzioni e i desideri che si vogliono raggiungere.
Sicuramente in questo momento non mi capisci, o meglio non sai da dove partire, in poche parole sei confuso. La confusione è direttamente proporzionale alla creazione. Per mettere in ordire delle idee e crearne di nuove bisogna prima averle confuse. Ma se sei confuso vuol dire che sei già all'interno del processo di trasformazione, stai per raggiungere i tuoi obbiettivi, quindi continua cosi!

It is obvious that in order to follow the change, we need to be ready for new trials and challenges, probably never before faced.
We must therefore clarify with ourselves, trying to understand what are the fears, but above all the convictions and desires that we want to achieve.
Surely at this moment you do not understand me, or rather you do not know where to start, in few words you're confused. Confusion is directly proportional to creation. To put ideas into order and create new ones, one must first confuse them. But if you are confused it means that you are already within the transformation process, you are going to reach your goals, so keep it up!

Detto questo, la prima definizione verso il successo è: se vuoi far crescere il tuo business concentrati su di te, focalizzando gli elementi da sistemare per essere deciso e pronto.
Possiamo cosi riassumere il tutto in tre fattori principali, per il raggiungimento degli obbiettivi:

• Stato emotivo;
• Strategia;
• Convinzioni.
  Questi sono gli elementi fondamentali per il raggiungimento del successo, molto più utili rispetto ad una semplice spiegazione degli strumenti di digital marketing.

That said, the first definition of success is: if you want to grow your business focused on you, focusing on the elements to be arranged to be decided and ready.
We can summarize all this in three main factors, to achieve the objectives:

• Emotional state;
• Strategy;
• Belief.
  These are the fundamental elements for achieving success, much more useful than a simple explanation of digital marketing tools.
