The Trento DOC Brut "Tridentvm" of Cesarini Sforza in particular expresses that perfect harmony that chardonnay and pinot noir can find in these valleys, a classic method that constitutes the ideal expression of the highest sparkling tradition of the area. From the Latin name of the city of Trento, Tridentvm, is in fact a wine that was born to underline the strong link between the vine and the territory.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, inviting, characterized by citrus nuances, white peach notes and light spicy hints. In the mouth it is full, crunchy, harmonious, characterized by a good balance and a decisive and tasty finish, of excellent persistence.
PAIRINGS
Also as an aperitif, it is accompanied by large dishes of sea and land. Rice, soups and velvety up to light seconds even of meat.
