Transfer rumors - Juventus (22-05-2018)

Max Allegri will still be sitting on the Juventus coaching bench next season. At yesterday's meeting with the management, his contract was not renewed, but the current contract is valid until 2020. The main topic of the talks was definitely the strategy for the nearest transfer window.

IN

Mattia Perin

According to Corriere dello Sport "catching up" transfer Genoi is a matter of hours. The transfer amount would amount to 10 million €, and the 5-year contract prepared for him would guarantee him 2.5 million € for the game season.
Mattia, along with Wojciech Szczęsny, would surely create a very strong pair of goalkeepers and competition for the first squad would certainly be interesting.
Another possible option is the exchange of players. In exchange for Perin, Stefano Sturaro (who is a foster-boy of this club) would be handed over to Genoa.

Sergej Milinković-Savić

At the top of Max's wish list is the purchase of a class midfielder. Sergej together with Paul Pogba would be a priority when it comes to this position. Certainly the amount for the Lazio player transfer would be very high (oscillating around 100 million €). An alternative to Serbo would be Adrien Rabiot from Paris Saint-Germain or Mateo Kovacić from Real Madrid.
It is likely that Juve would have to sell one of the current team stars to carry out the transfer. The most frequently appearing surnames in this matter are: Alex Sandro, Mario Mandzukic and Gonzalo Higuain. Of course, such a sale will only come when really interesting proposals come to Turin.

Emre Can

According to Italian newspapers (and not only Italian ones), the free transfer of this player is already exaggerated. The official announcement of the transfer of the German to the capital of Piedmont is to take place after the Champions League final, in which Liverpool (Can's current club) will face Real Madrid.
The player will most likely earn 5 million € a year.

OUT

Gianluigi Buffon

As everyone knows, Gigi ended his 17-year-old adventure with Juventus. For now, his future is not fully known.
Recently, more and more rumors appear about the fact that Gigi, however, will not finish his career yet and put on a PSG shirt. Rumors on this subject are very different. Some say Italy would sign a 2-year contract and earn 8 million € per season. However, there was another rumor saying that the contract would only be for one season, but it would amount to an astronomical amount of 20 million €.

Mario Mandżukic

The future of the Croat in Juve is not at all certain. The player, although he feels great in Turin, often mentioned that he would be happy to return to his natural position, the middle striker (unfortunately, in the "Old Lady" rarely has the opportunity to play in this position, usually is displayed on the left wing).
One of the possibilities is to exchange players on the Juve - AC Milan line. To Turin - for Mario - would go Giacomo Bonaventur.
With the departure of Mario, Juventus would probably start the fight for Anthony Martial from Manchester United.

Gonzalo Higuain

There are rumors that if in Turin an offer of approx. 60 million € would appear for the Argentinian, then Juventus would most likely agree to such conditions.

PS. Although Juventus was very interested in re-employment of Alvaro Morata, he will probably give up on this player. The reason is Chelsea's too high financial expectations (around 65 million €).
Personally, I hope that this transfer will not happen, and thanks to that, Marko Pjaca will get a lot of chances to play and show his skills (returning from borrowing to Schalke).

Sergej Milinković-Savić is very good, they shoud buy him before he went to English PL

It would surely be a great gain (like Marco Verratti). I hope that one of them will join Juve next season
