Looks like iTunes is going away. Apple seems like it's going to announce this very soon. The feature set is supposedly split into three separate apps, Music, TV and Podcasts.
However, I'm wondering what about full backup of iphone and ipads? Although they have their iCloud services to backup your iDevices, they cost money. What if you just want to backup to your own storage? Looks like with iTunes gone, backing up the Whole phone is not possible anymore (except with iCloud)... ching ching...kaching... more people will have to fork out money for iCloud storage.
any iDevice users out there who knows how else to backup locally?
