@grow-pro will run a WEEKLY SHOWCASE (feature post)
Hand-picking the #iwasakid posts and compiling them in a feature each week. Generally, the week begins Monday and the feature posts on Sundays. I only run the feature if there are at least 10 authors participating because it requires a significant amount of time to compile the feature and also pay all the authors each week for their participation (yes, the authors get dividend payments! *read on*).

Are Paid to Authors in the Feature!
When there are only a limited number of posts, the pot may be rolled into the next week OR paid out to ALL contributors who made a post (at the discretion of the creator). You can see an example of a previous feature post here.
In the event we get a large sum of posts, a new option will unlock for rewards and dividend payments! Basically, this can grow into something fun AND rewarding with your participation.
