“理由無き悪”は成り得無い。
“理由無き善”は成り得る。

Translated:

"Evil without rationale" cannot be attained.
"Virtue without rationale" may be had.

Translator Notes

I like this post for its own merit. From my experience, evil utterly fails to persist without rationale; that is, without a foundation of logical or illogical thought loops to frame it and (usually - but not always - fallaciously) justify it, evil "spins its wheels," i.e., fails to gain traction.

To illustrate my meaning, consider the quote, "the devil comes dressed in priest's clothing," for which the Catholic church provides ample concrete examples.

The second sentence states the corollary: virtue does not (necessarily) require someone to sit there and spell things out to you.

As to the translation, initially I found this to be challenging. My first inclination was to render: "Evil which as irrational..." and similarly, "Virtue which is irrational..."

However, I think a nailed the meaning spot on in a delicate twist of the English. This is reinforced by the fact that @taiun0223 re-tweeted my translation :-)
