Like there was a rule for no hoodies on this job site and regardless of if I was cold or not, I could not wear one, I got kicked off that job for not following that rule, even though wearing the hoodie did not effect my job or ability at all..
I am messed up and stressed right now, think I am going to get off this or I think I will just keep typing as I have no one who remotely gives a shit about how I feel to this situation.. The manager at my office said basically that we have to follow the rules like we are slaves and he even agreed to that metaphor.. Brainwashed I tell ya!!!

This sounds very familiar to me brother! I am also no good at following rules that are completely irrelevant and literally used as 'a sheepdog'. This was one of the reasons for me travelling across europe with nothing but a laptop and a change of clothes!!! My thoughts are with you bruv!!!
