1. Except defence, foreign affairs and communication field Indian government has not right to impose any law there.
- Citizens of J&K has dual citizenship.
- J&K has their own Flag for state.
- Indian president does not have a right to dissolve the state's Constitution.
- We can't impose economical exigency on J&K.
- State assemblies period is of 6 years unlike all Indian states.
- The orders of high courts of others state's we can not impose on J&K.
- We can't impose RTI , RTE and CAG there.
- Other citizens of India can't buy land there and can't make any investment.
Article 370 provides the special status to the state of jammu n kasmir as it is the most unstable state of india...it is done for the common welfare of the citizens of India so that the situatuions there can be handeled more efficiently by the center... i think it is better of that J & K remains under article 370 till the stuation is compleatly solved there...the governor rule imposed recently by NDA government is the right take up as the stone pelters should be controled harshly...

According to me, it's not a good idea to impose 370 in J&K because according to the current condition J&K is highly Disturb and misguided Youth. It's better to first get rid of terrorism from J&K and then think about Political aspects.
