kshully we quit Icarus since it became unplayable

when rebooting it b/c of the openworld mode it went fine at 30fps around (which is fine actually for the human eye) and then suddenly for some reason wether it sits on 4K epic or it sits on SVGA low it moves between 14 and 6 fps (= unplayable - try sniping a bear before it mauls you at 6fps)

so since it has the same behaviour at svga low as it does on 4K epic we decided to wait for performance patches

we know it CAN, we had ark on the first month or so at €20 and it was a HORRIBLE lagfest but look at what they did (until crotter bought it)

(ark really was a blast)

but - first we was like WOA ARK2 , finally now we can play ark1 on epic at 30fps they're gonna

and then "crotter bought it, simon says : XBOX exclusive (equals suck-ass for pc with 80 keys and a mouse players b/c thats trimmed down for controls b/c they HAVE TO on a console you see) BUT IF YOU BUY ENOUGH XBOXES AND XBOX COPIES we'll release it for pc - - - thats more like uehm ... something a mafia protection racket sounds like imo)

so now we are back on linux, a new indie guy , one-man army picked our intrest with this :

since we are that old , old enough to buy our own pc and games (well we WERE before 2020 still but we already were broken in 2017)

its REALLY early so its a polished as ark was when they opened it for play
