SAO Cafe won't be there at that time, it will be some other anime themed cafe in its place. They do have Gundam and the Square-Enix cafe's all year long if you are interested in them. The UDX building in Akiba has an​ English​ map you can get for free.

My advice to you is to just to explore Akiba and enjoy it.
