I am not sure if tiny house is still a thing but this building, Nakagin Capsule Tower(中銀カプセルタワービル) in Tokyo,
you can live in a tiny pod.
Each pod is 4畳半. It is about 88 sq ft which is about the size of your bathroom or kitchen...
Inside could look like these and you can even remodel your capsule.

Building is 46 years old and falling apart...
But this place is getting so much attention there is a huge waitlist to get in.
