This is a picture of katsu-don.

It is a kind of dish called rice bowl, which is popular in Japan.

Bowls are not too elegant food in Japan.

This is popular, it is vulgar food if not to be afraid of misunderstanding.

But as many popular foods are, it is very powerful and energetic.

If you come to Japan, sushi and tempura are fine, but I recommend you eat katsudon.
