Second carrier

The Japanese working environment is old-fashioned.

Specifically, seniority system is remarkable, even if the company is in any bad environment, it is virtue to work hard for a long time at one company.

Even though individual careers are becoming more important, it is not based on the premise that "what did you do" but "based on which company you worked on" as a base.

Originally, people should be evaluated "what they have done". I think so too.

Companies in Japan are different in consciousness among companies active in the whole country and companies that do not, and companies in the city and local companies.

Firstly I work in the city, the rest of my life will work slowly in local companies, which is an illusion so far.

So far in Japan I think that the difference between urban and rural areas is hopelessly desperate, and if you do business you have to cling to the city.

I encourage you to live in the city as much as possible if you wish to work in Japan. That is more likely to get you the opportunity.
