カンリス、再スタート。

2020年の秋ごろ始めたポータル事業。

デザイナーさんにロゴも作ってもらった。

I started a portal business around autumn 2020.

始めの半年くらいでプロトタイプが出来上がって、そこから細かいシステムの調整。そのころ、委託先とその下請けとの間で何かあったらしく、下請けさんと直接進めることになった。

A prototype was completed in the first six months, followed by adjustments to the system. At that time, there was apparently some issue between the contractor and its subcontractor, so I began working directly with the subcontractor.

いろんな調整も終わり、いよいよ試運転してみよう、ということで、2021年夏頃に不動産管理のポータルサイト『カンリス』が稼働開始！

開始して間もなく、SSL切れやサーバーの不具合でなかなかうまくいかず、そのうち下請けさんも体調を崩し、入退院の繰返し（本人曰く。。。）

After various adjustments, we finally launched the real estate management portal site "Canris" around the summer of 2021. However, shortly after launching, I experienced SSL certificate issues and server problems. The subcontractor also fell ill and was hospitalized repeatedly (according to the subcontractor).

カンリスのデータへのアクセス権も譲渡されないまま、数か月が過ぎ、2022年春頃導入していた決済システムのStripeから、カンリスが海外のカードテスティングに悪用されてるとの知らせが。。。

一度も活用できないまま、カードテスティングによる被害が90万円先。。。

Several months passed without us being given access to Canris's data, and then I received notice from Stripe, the payment system I introduced in the spring of 2022, that Canris was being used for overseas card testing, causing me losses of 900,000 yen without ever being able to utilize it.

数か月に1回ほど辛うじて連絡がついていた委託業者とも完全に音信不通。電話もメールもスカイプも繋がらない。そしてそのままカンリスも開けなくなった。

委託料も払っちゃったし、損害まででちゃってるので、委託先が使っていたサーバ探したり、なんとか連絡とろうと住所まで行ってみたり、あらゆる手を尽くしてみましたが。。。ダメ。

I was barely able to maintain contact with the contractor every few months, but now they have gone completely silent. I have tried everything, including searching for the server used by the contractor and even visiting their address, but nothing has worked.

そのうち似たようなサイトもたくさん出てきちゃったし、今更自分で勉強して立ち上げるのも大変だし。。。そんなことを考えてました。

Similar sites have sprung up and it's become difficult for me to study and start a new one.

でも、受験生で毎晩遅くまで頑張ってる娘の姿を見て、自分も勉強する機会を貰えた、と前向きに考えようと思った！

However, after seeing my daughter studying hard late into the night for her entrance exams, I decided to take the opportunity to study and create a website using WordPress.

そして先日からWordPressでサイト作り。

わからないところはChatGTP先生に教えてもらいながら。。。

I am studying while receiving guidance from ChatGPT.

いまいち何をしているのかも分からないまま。。。

To be honest, I'm not even sure what I'm being taught.

だれか詳しい人と友達になれることを願いながら。。。

I'm hoping to make friends with someone knowledgeable in this field as soon as possible....
