Today was the first day of the successive holidays in Japan. I went to Kyoto in the morning and came back to Kobe at night. After that, I went to the usual gym to do hypoxic training.
今日は連休初日です。朝から京都に行っていて、夜になって神戸に帰ってきたので、その後、いつものジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。
In this workout, I gradually increased my heart rate up to 154 bpm. My SpO2 went down to 80%. I’m not yet able to keep my SpO2 high. I have become frustrated with my lack of progress.
今回は徐々に心拍数を154まで上げていきました。酸素飽和度は85%まで下がりました。まだ酸素飽和度を高く保つことができません。進歩がないことにイライラしてきました。
