Today the new era “Reiwa” has been initiated by the enthronement of our new Emperor in Japan. So today is the public holiday, but the working day for me. It is my first working day of the new era “Reiwa”.
今日は令和の初日、世の中は祝日ですが、僕は出勤日でした。令和初出勤です。

After my first work of the “Reiwa” era, I went to the usual gym to do my first hypoxic training of the “Reiwa” era. But I was a little late for the training time I had reserved, so this hypoxic training was a little shorter than usual.
令和初勤務の後、いつものジムへ行って、令和最初の低酸素トレーニングをしました。ただ、予約していたトレーニング時間の開始に少し遅れてしまったため、今回の低酸素トレーニングはいつもより少し短くなってしまいました。
