Today I did a hypoxic training in the usual gym in the late afternoon.
今日は夕方から、いつものジムで低酸素トレーニングをしました。

Today is the Greenery Day in Japan. I did the hypoxic training with feeling grateful about green plants, which provide oxygen to us.
今日は「みどりの日」です。我々に酸素を供給してくれる緑の植物に感謝しながら低酸素トレーニングをしました。

In this workout, even after my heart rate went up to 163 bpm, I was able to keep SpO2 higher than 84%.
今回は、心拍数が163まで上がった後でも、酸素飽和度は84%以上を維持できました。
