お久しぶりでございます。
この暑さでもさっぱりしたチャーハンを作りましたので、レシピのご紹介です。
まずは、レタスです。ザックザクに切ります！
次にコーンビーフです。缶詰から出すだけです！
調理の過程で勝手にほぐれるし、包丁を入れる必要もないし、火も早くとおるので暑い季節の料理には最適ですよ。
味付けは、塩胡椒ですが、コーンビーフに味ついてるので、少なめです！
ご飯と一緒に炒めるだけで完成です。
油がしつこくなく、レタスのさっぱり感もあり、何と言っても、レタス１玉使い切るのにも火を通すと小さくなるので冷蔵庫に半分残っちゃうなんてこともなく食材が傷みやすい時にも、この季節にぴったりな一品です。
