梅狩り

梅狩りに行ってきました。

この写真は普通の梅ですが、まだ少し早いとのことで

小梅を狩ってきました

甲州最少って名前がついてますが、

山梨県産じゃないって（笑）

採った分を量り売りなので、これで500ｇぐらい

小梅は初めてなので

今回は

カリカリしょうゆ漬けと甘酢漬けを漬けました。

１０日ぐらいで醤油漬けは食べられるようになるらしい！
