A small very local ramen shop in Qinhuangdao near my hotel.
I tried fried ramen.
The taste was so nice with tomato and special source.
This was really the one I ever haven't had before.
ものすごいローカルな感じの店で、とにかく中国語ですが漢字なので、焼きラーメンとわかるものを注文してみた。
これが予想外の旨さでビックリ。
なんと言うか、トマトの酸味がメチャうまいことマッチして、今まで食べたことないような味やったけど、クセになりそうです。
