One night at home, dinner with wife ある日の夕食

It is really typical dinner which my wife cooked.
We had a bottle of wine this night.
よくある夕食の風景です。
今日は白ワインも一本空けました。

We know cheese and tomato with olive oil are good for wine however some Japanese foods are as well.
Japanese style pickles, cucumber and egg plant, and tofu had really good marriage with white wine, actually much better than we expected.
チーズやトマトのオリーブオイル漬けなんかがワインに合うのは分かってたけど、案外日本のぬか漬け、キュウリやナス、や豆腐もワインと良く合いました。
なかなかのマリアージュやったわ〜
