本日は私のかなりお気に入りなベルギービールをご紹介いたします！

本日紹介するのはベルギーのビールである「ステラ・アルトワ」です。

このビールは個人的にピルスナー(ラガー)の中でかなりトップだと思います。
エールタイプの多いベルギーのビールにしては珍しくオーソドックスなラガータイプ。キレと爽快さがありながらも日本のビールほどトゲトゲしくないような印象で、かなり飲みやすくどんな料理にもマリアージュできそうです。

ベルギー国内で輸出売上ナンバーワンだそうですがそれも納得の全世界で受け入れられる傑作ビールだと思います。
日本ではアサヒビールが販売しているためこのようなステラでドラフトマスターを決める大会も行われているようです。

瓶でも購入はできますがこちらは泡もうまいためぜひお店で樽生を飲みたい一杯です。

I personally think that this beer is quite top in Pilsner (lager).
