Smile is the special attack for defeat bad day villains!

Ok, it seems bit creepy if you start laughing loud suddenly in public but if you are at home, I really want you to try it!
When you are having bad days, You will feel like that you have nothing to be happy about, You don't want to laugh!
Hey now! What you think attract what you get.
So just try laughing or smiling.
You will surprise how effective these actions can change your mood and day!
Smiling is the easiest, quickest and cheapest way to meditate yourself!
Like I said, if you start thinking positive, you will start having positive vibes and good things starting to happen to you.
You will feel happy, that's why you need to smile and laugh to trick your mood 😊
It may sounds very silly but it really works!
When I have bad days, I feel like UGHHHHHHH but I remember to keep smiling and laugh, dance with my corgi boy too!
do the little dance and going for a walk will certainly help to change the mood! But first step is to smile!
なんか今日ついてないかもぉって思う日って誰にでもあると思うんですよ。
そういう時は笑おう！声を出して笑ったり鏡を見てニコッってするだけで気分も変わってきます！
ちょっと踊るのもすごく効果ありま^^
うわーついてないと思うとついてない事しか起こらない、不は不を引き寄せるから。
それと同じで幸せな気分でいると幸せな事がたくさん起こってくるんです！

もちろんハッピーな日ですよね！ そのためにはまず気分を変えてハッピーに！
笑いたくなくても笑う事で気持ちに暗示をかける事ができます、気分が沈んでいる時はまずそこから始めましょう始めましょう♫

Haha yup! Smiling works that’s for sure. At work, at home I find you tend to get a better response if you smile. Doesn’t work all the time but mostly it does so good tip and something people often forget to do =P
