By the time my everyday lunch was becoming a manneri, I was recommended that it was convenient to make from my friends and then I made it every week.
I am also happy to eat lots of vegetables.
The summer vacation is over and the box lunch is restarted ^ ^
毎日のお弁当がマンネリ化していた頃に、お友達から作り置きが便利だよと勧められて、それから毎週作り置きしています。
野菜をたくさん食べられるのも嬉しいですね。

このパプリカはじゃがいもと炒めています。コンソメと塩こしょうでシンプルな味付けです。お弁当にパプリカ彩りよくなりますよね。ツナとあえてサラダも簡単ですよ(笑)

卵焼きだけはパック1個分ダーッと作って冷凍して使ってます。
