Fresh Matsutake mushrooms from Canada! I’m enjoying cooking with them. In Japan they are super expensive so I can’t usually cook with them. What should I cook next?

I have never heard of Matsutake but I do love all kinds of mushrooms! so yes, I would love to try this!!!
