As well as enjoying the doll temple in Kada Onsen, we enjoyed a great Japanese style seafood lunch and use of the indoor and outdoor bath on the roof of a spa hotel. Of course the water in Kada Onsen is real spring water. The cost was only 3000 yen each. You’d pay at least 15000 yen each to stay in a ryokan like this so this “day plan” is great value. The food and the bath are maybe the best things about a ryokan.
