開店したころから興味をもっていた中目黒のローカーボ＆ベジスイーツ専門店「ポタジエ」にようやく行き機会がありました。
どれも美味しそうで迷ったのですが、頂いたのは、トロピカルフルーツ（たぶんマンゴ）とチョコレートのスイーツとオーガニックコーヒー。ムース状の舌触りの中に歯ざわりのいいクラストが、ところどころ感じられ、味と共に食感も楽しめました。甘さも丁度良い感じでした。
お店は、今年の４月に桜新町に移転予定とのことです。

I had a chance to visit a low carb & vegetable pâtisserie called "Potager" in Nakameguro, Tokyo, which I have been interested since its opened.
All the cakes in the shop looked so good and it was hard to choose one but I selected a tropical fruit & chocolate mousse. And I had the mousse with organic coffee. There were some crunchy parts in the mousse, which made the texture more enjoyable. It had just the right amount of sweetness.
The shop will be moving to Sakura Shinmachi in this coming April.
