さて、昨夜タコを釣ったので早速調理！！
と言ってもタコはウロコも骨もないのでさばくの簡単です！！
まずはヌメリを取るために塩で揉みます！！
しっかりヌメリを取って洗い流して茹でます！！（生で食べたかったのですこし生も残しました）
今回は刺身で食べました＼(^o^)／
会社の人にお裾分けしたりしてまだ少し残ってるのであとはたこ飯、たこ焼きなどにしてみようと思います！！
