Team Requirements / チーム要件
Director of Operations/RO:
The Director of Operations will be responsible with oversight of the local Bitland facility. He/She will be the contact liaison for Bitland Nigeria to coordinate with Bitland Global to receive funds and set up the center’s operations. The RO will manage the facility team members to ensure that they complete their tasks in line with the operational goals of the Bitland Center.

Community Lead:
The Community Lead will be responsible for reaching out to community members and leaders to either go to them or bring them into the center in order to educate them about the Bitland project. Since community cooperation is crucial in this process, the Community Lead will have an important role in establishing that Bitland is there for the community, and this active outreach will be the responsibility of CL. Any programs that further the outreach will be under the leadership of the CL.

Government Liason/Lead:
The Government Liaison is responsible for keeping the government officials informed of the Bitland project’s progress and as well keep the registry updated with the Government registry. It is imperative to have a dedicated government liaison, as coordinating with government officials can necessitate full time devotion.

Information Manager/Secretary:
The Information Manager is responsible for keeping the informational flow organized. This includes keeping track of milestones and keeping individuals or departments on track with completing their tasks. In organizations that need to cut costs, Information Manager can be temporarily combined with another position, but due diligence should be given to this position when the budget can allow.
情報管理者/秘書：

Information Technology Manager:
The Information Technology Manager is responsible for maintaining the hardware in the Bitland facility. As well, the IT Manager is responsible for keeping the software up to date and in line with Bitland Global standards. Initially, the IT Manager may be working alone, but when the budget allows an IT Manager should have assistants to ensure that the facilities are always operational, and any risks to the system can be mitigated with a prepared incident response team.

Facilities Manager:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and security of the facility. In the case where the budget allows for high level security, the Facilities Manager should outfit the facility with keycard or manual keyed entry to prevent physical security from putting the project at risk. In addition, ensuring that the facility is clean and the temperature is controlled to protect the hardware is also the responsibility of the FM.
施設管理者：
