年末年始に、いくつかの考えを記事にしておこうと思います。
今日はその第一弾です。

教育の最先端について。

（これはコミュニティやトークンエコノミーにも通じる話です。）

先日、以下の記事を書きました。

@Fundition をきっかけに、クラウドファンディング について色々調べていたところ、
クラウドファンディングのスペシャリストでもあり、
かつ新しい時代の教育についてのイノベーターでもある
田原真人さんとお話しする機会がありました。

その際、話はクラウドファンディング から次世代の教育の形まで発展し、
それは要約すると以下のような話でした。

〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜
・教育の形は「インストール型」から「アップデート型」に変わる

インストール型：教師から生徒へ「答え」をインプットする
アップデート型：全員が生徒であり教師であり、アウトプットとフィードバックによる「経験学習のサイクル」で答えを探求し続けていく
〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜

変化の激しい時代に、知識のインプットはすぐに陳腐化します。
各個人の価値観に基づく興味関心を起点に、
「経験をアップデートしていくことこそが新しい学習の形なのだ」ということです。

これは正直、私の中でかなりピンとくるものがありました。
なぜなら、私自身がそうしていたからです。

そしてこのような教育（というよりは学習の形）は
田原さんがクラウドファンディング された自己組織化する学校や、
アドバイザーをされているインフィニティ国際学院などの教育機関でも実際に実践されようとしています。

また、 @globalschool も同じような取り組みかと思います。

このようなお話から、

これはコミュニティや価値の経済においても重要だと思いました。

そこで、私は以下のようにこれらの話を体系立てました。

「対話によって自分の考えが整理される」
「対話をしているとふといいアイデアが浮かぶ」

ってよく言いますよね。

では、そのような対話は「どこで」行われるのでしょうか？
それは、「価値観ベースで繋がるコミュニティで」起こるのだと思います。

そして、経験学習はおよそ次のようなプロセスで
そのクリエイティビティを増していくだろうと想定しました。

①コンセプト・価値観（内なる声）の気づき
②対話と経験の積み重ねによる①のアップデート
③②を発端とする様々な偶発的コラボレーション
④③などをきっかけにプロジェクト化・パッケージ化が進む
⑤クロスコミュニティ（越境）による異ジャンルとのコラボレーション生態系の拡大

①〜⑤は行ったり来たりを繰り返すと思います。
そのうちにクリエイティビティのレベルが向上していくというイメージです。

このように経験学習の環境としてコミュニティは重要です。
新しい教育はコミュニティと密接に関係しているというわけですね。

私は、「クロスコミュニティ」の観点から、
このエコシステムの創造・プロデュースに貢献しようと思います。
そして、軸足はトークンエコノミーに置きたいと考えています。

次回はクロスコミュニティについて再度書きたいと思います。

About the cutting edge of education.

I wrote about below article the other day.

With @Fundition as a trigger, I was investigating various kinds of cloud funding,
And I have a chance to talk to Mr. Tahara who is a specialist in cloud funding, and also an innovator about education of new era.

At that time, the story evolved from cloud funding to the next generation of education,
In summary it was the following story.

〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜
· The form of education changes from "installed type" to "updated type"

Install type: input "answer" from teacher to students
Update type: Everyone is a student also a teacher, and will continue to explore answers in "cycle of experience learning" by output and feedback
〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜

In this changing age, the input of knowledge becomes obsolete soon.
Therefore starting with each individual interest and updating those experience are the form of new learning.

To be honest, there was something quite pinned among me.
Because I was doing it myself.

And such education (or rather learning form) are actually being practiced by Mr. Tahara's self-organized school which was cloud funding and educational institutions such as Infiniti International School that he advises.

I think that @globalschool is also a similar effort.

From such stories,

I thought this was also important in communities and value economies.

So, I organized these stories as follows.

People offen say bellow.

"My thoughts were organized by dialogue"
"Dialogue made me discover ideas"

Then, "where" is such a dialogue occured?
I think that it will happen "in a community connected on a value basis".

I assumed that experience learning is about in the process bellow.

① Awareness of concept and values ​​(inner voice)
② Update of ① by dialogue and accumulation of experience
③ Various accidental collaboration starting from ②
④ And projects, packaging will advance
⑤ Collaboration with other genres by cross-community (cross-border) Expansion of ecosystem

I think that ① ~ ⑤ will repeat back and forth.
In the meantime, the level of creativity is improving.

In this way, the community is important as an environment of experience learning.
The new education is closely related to the community.

I think that I will contribute to the creation and production of this ecosystem from the perspective of "cross-community".
And, I think that the axis foot is a token economy.
