@steemit-jpはコミニュティ支援の為にキュレーションを続けて参りましたが、キュレーションメンバーに対して１投稿５SBDの報酬の支払いをいたします。
（今までの投稿分も全てまとめてお支払いします。）
それに伴いキュレーションメンバーを募集いたします。
作業内容としては、担当日に#japaneseに投稿された記事を全て読んで、良いと感じた記事を１つ選びます。
その投稿のキュレーション記事を作って投稿していただきます。
その他、細かい作業もあり少々面倒ではありますが、難しいことではないのでやる気がある方に、是非ご参加していただきたいと思っています。

キュレーションメンバー２名程度
報酬：５SBD
作業頻度：週１回
応募したい方はコメントにて受付いたします。
（多数の場合はこちらで選ばせていただきますのでご了承ください。）
今後はメンバーが抱えていた様々な作業を細分化して、作業に見合った報酬の支払いをして参ります。
理由としては現在はボランティアに近いかたちでそれぞれの仕事をしてきましたが、仕事量が多く手がまわらずに負担になってきています。様々なアイデアがあるにも関わらず、新しい事を発信する余力がない現状です。
なので、しっかりとした報酬制にし、たくさんの方が喜んで @steemit-jpの作業に関わっていただけるようなシステムに改善していく事になりました。
作業をしていただき報酬を得てもらう事も、一つの支援の方法として推進していく所存です。
今後もこのような募集はありますので、できそうな案件がありましたら、是非ご応募ください。
この度、@yoshiko、 @steemitjpは @steemit-jpの活動を退かせていただきます。
それに伴い @shogoさんをコーディネーターとし、若いメンバーに @steemit-jpの運営を託します。
リーダー職は一定の時期は必要との考えで設けておりましたが、本来ならば要らないものです。
それぞれが自発的に楽しんで行動する事が一番望ましい事だと感じています。それがsteemitらしいとも思いますので廃止させていただきました。
心機一転、若い風を取り入れて新たに出発させていただきますので、皆様の応援とご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。
尚、@yoshiko, @steemitjpはアドバイザーとして、手伝いが必要な時には今後も応援させていただきます。

そうなんですね。若い力で引っ張っていく事も大事ですから、重圧から解放されて、好き勝手言うとストレスかからなくて良いと思いますよ。
お二人が半分引退するのに、もっとオバチャンの私が出張る場所ではないようなのでそこはちゃんと控えておきますが、皆さんが気にするかも？の質問として、「その日の#japaneseの記事を全部読む」ってのはどれ位の頻度で来るのですか？皆さんの参考になれば！
