心心相印と名づけられたこの工芸茶は、
茶葉を一葉一葉形作り、丁寧に細工を施した中国茶です。
「心心相印」とは「以心伝心」という意味で、その可愛らしい形から結婚式のプチギフトとしても人気だそうです。
熱湯を注ぐと、 ハート型に丸められた茶葉から千日紅の赤い花が現れ、
更に花に引き寄せられる蝶に見立てた白いジャスミンの花が可憐に顔をだします。
ベースは緑茶です。
日本の緑茶とは製法が違うため、形状・水色・味は違いますがもちろん飲めます。
鼻を近づけるとかすかにジャスミンの花の香りがしています。
