Yesterday I worked as a Japanese tea instructor.
I gave a lecture on how to make tea at an elementary school 's after school children's club.
I like to do lectures for children.Because children react so obediently.
There were many children who do not know the “Kyusu”, I was shocked, but I tried to explain it clearly.
The children also felt the difference in the taste of the tea depending on the temperature of the hot water, they were drinking tea deliciously.
昨日は日本茶インストラクターとしての仕事をしました。
ある小学校の放課後児童クラブでお茶の淹れ方講座をさせていただきました。
子供たちは素直に反応を示してくれるので、私は子供向けの講座が好きです。
「急須」を知らない子供たちが多くてショックでしたが、分かりやすく説明するよう努めました。
子供たちはお湯の温度による味の違いも感じてくれて、美味しそうにお茶を飲んでいました。
I would like to tell the next generation how to make tea as a Japanese culture.
日本の文化としてのお茶の淹れ方を次世代に伝えていきたいと思います。
小学生の子達も興味しんしんな感じで前のめりになっていますね。
うちの子も小さい頃 私の言うことは聞かないけど目上の方から教えていただいたことは未だにきちんと覚えていますよ！

これは新種のお茶で“サン・ルージュ”といいます。アントシアニンが多い品種で実は茄子のアクのような色をしているのですが、レモン汁を数滴落とすと一瞬で名前の通りの赤に変わります。
子供たちの歓声を聞きたくて講座でよく使います(^_-)
このお茶のことも近々postしたいと思います。

「急須」を知らない子供って結構な割合でいるんですよ。昨日の講座は小２、３年生20人程でしたが、知っていた子は５人位でした(>.<)
知らないってことは家にないこととイコールだったりします。
茶処静岡でこれですものショックです。
「急須」がない家が増えているのは事実です。
