久しぶりにSteemitに投稿します。STEEMに関しては一旦ポートフォリオから外しましたので、この下落は予測していたことではありますが、売り時を間違えると投資というものは難しいなと改めて感じます。
といってもSteemit自体のSNSとしての魅力自体は大好きです。ポップルやSynchroLifeの投稿報酬で遊んでみてはいますが、Steemitのようなコミュニティの要素はないので、ポチポチと投稿するくらいです。夏休みを頂いてはいましたが、また時間を見つけては、ぼちぼちと投稿していきたいと思います。
STEEMを売却したお金で私は今、ブックオフ(9278)を買っています。8000株ほど購入しているので、1,000万以上ブックオフに投入している計算になります。
寺田志君の「ブックオフなのに本ねーじゃん」というCMのようにブックオフが見事な再生を遂げているのに気づいたのはまだ、900円代のときでした。そこから3ヵ月で1.5倍。なかなか良いリターンを稼いでくれてはいます。
もうすぐ消費税増税。消費者の消費マインドの転換からリユース関連銘柄が好調に推移するのは間違いないと考えてます。円高で内需、ディフェンシブな銘柄としても面白いでしょう。
「銘柄に惚れるな」との相場格言の通り、今後も流れにそって売買していきたいと思います。
