I am relieved because my health has recovered soon.
今日からまた冷え込みが厳しくなりそうです。
体調が早めに回復したので一安心です。

Today 's lunch was a bento I asked in the work place.
Since it is asking all together, it is attractive that it is quite cheap.
Today's lunch box is "Makunouchi lunch box".
さて、本日は昼食についてお伝えしたいと思います。
今日のお昼は職場で頼むお弁当でした。
一括して頼んでいるので、なかなか安く済むのが魅力です。
今日のお弁当は「幕の内弁当」です。

ごはんには、ゆかりふりかけがかかっています。

右側の煮物は、筑前煮で大根や人参、ごぼうにこんにゃく、鶏肉などがしっかりとかつお出汁がきいた薄めの味付けで美味しいのです。

福岡では筑前煮の事を「がめ煮」と呼んでいます。
