最近、夫がPloom TECH(プルームテック)を買いました。
私自身はタバコが大の苦手で、これまで一度も吸ったことがありません…
特に妊娠中の今は、僅かな煙や残り香でも吐きそうになるくらいの拒絶反応が出てしまいます。
一方、夫は「タバコが健康に悪いなんて嘘」という考えの持ち主。禁煙の意思は全くなく、昔から赤LARKを吸い続けています。
我が家は室内はもちろんのこと、ベランダも禁煙で、夫がタバコを吸う時は近くのコンビニまで出ていくことになっています。
それでも、今の私にとってはその残り香でさえ強烈に臭く… 喫煙後の夫を、いつも殺意に燃える目で睨みつけていました。
夫は私とは視線を合わせないようにそそくさと洗面所へ行き、歯を磨くのですが、歯を磨いても何しても臭いものは臭いのです😵
つわりの症状が出始めてからは、本当に嫌で嫌でたまりませんでした。
で、その問題に終止符を打つべく？…かどうかは分かりませんが、夫が買ってきたのが日本たばこ産業（JT）のPloom TECHでした。
火を使わずに水蒸気で愉しむタバコです。
あ。写真の牛は関係ありません。
中身はこんな感じ。
本体を充電して、専用のタバコカプセルを装着。強く吸うと自動的に起動して、蒸気が口内に流れ込むそうです。
いきなり室内でプカリとやられて、夫の口から白いもの(煙ではなく水蒸気なのですが)が出てきた時は、本気で首を絞めてやろうかと思いましたが…
驚いたことに、本当に無臭でした！
すごいすごい！ありがとう！！
同じような商品としてはフィリップモリスの加熱式タバコ「iQOS」が有名ですね。
でも、タバコが苦手な人間からすると、「iQOS」は普通に臭うと思います。
Ploom TECHは臭いがない分、やはり物足りなさは否めないようですが… そこは出産まであと少し我慢してくれ！
健康面でも、ニコチンは含まれるものの、タールは０(ゼロ)とのことなので、いいんじゃないでしょうか。
しばらくの間は、家にいる時はPloom TECHでお願いしたいと思いますm(_ _)m
私の周りもどんどん移行していってます。iQOSとglowは確かに何かが焼けた臭いがしますね（笑）このPloom TECH吸ってる人が1番匂わないですねー。旦那さん優しいなぁ😆💕

私も、魚を焼く匂い、唐揚げをチンする匂い、コンビニのタラコパスタの匂いなど、未だにダメなものだらけですが、もう諦めてます^^;

今時、お店なんかでも「喫煙禁止」の貼り紙が多い中、最近「Ploom TECHを除く」と但し書きが書いてあるお店も増えました。

近所の飲食店もほとんど禁煙か分煙(狭い喫煙スペースが用意されるパターン)になりました。「Ploom TECHを除く」ってことは、飲食店も認めるレベルの臭わなさなんでしょうね。

コメント増やしちゃってごめんなさい。ひとつ思い出したエピソードがあって。祖父は長年煙草を吸っていたのですが、孫の私が長生きしてほしいからやめてねと折紙でメダルか何かを作ってあげたらぱったり吸わなくなったようです（やめたからあげるのならわかるのに改めて書いてみると意味不明な行動 w）。おなかのお子さん娘ちゃんだったらやめてねでやめてくれるかも？なんて。そんなに甘くないかな ;)
