こんにちは、@yasuです。

SSL証明書の有効期間が3ヵ月あり、有効期限の1ヵ月ほど前に更新しています。

手動で。

まずは、テスト。
docker exec -it proxy_proxy_1 certbot renew --dry-run

次に、本番。
docker exec -it proxy_proxy_1 certbot renew

これで、来年１月まで大丈夫。
