kawaiipowerさんのvotingpowerは、例えばここから確認できます。
votingpowerは、upvoteをすると減ります。SPが少ないうちは1日10回のupvoteで10%くらい減ります。
今20%になっていますが、毎日回復するので、１度90%を超えるまで回復させるのも良いかもしれません。
