It is Halloween soon.
Unfortunately, Halloween on 31st will fly to SteemFest by plane.
I thought about enjoying Halloween now.

How do you enjoy Halloween? I enjoy cooking:)

◆オムライス◆

もうすぐハロウィンですね〜〜！
31日のハロウィンの日はSteemFestに向かう飛行機の中なので、少し早めにハロウィンを楽しむことにしました。

皆さんはどのようにハロウィンを楽しみますか？
私は料理で楽しむことにしましたよ。

どうです？このオムライス！
生爪を剥がしてやりましたよ〜〜〜ww

なかなかいい感じのできあがりになりました。

Let's cook now.

Cut the cucumber diagonally so that it becomes a long cut.
Let's make eyes and mouth for a cucumber with a straw.

A ghost cucumber was completed!
It looks like Munch's cry.

それでは一緒に作ってみましょう。

キュウリは長い切り口になるように、斜めに切ります。
ストローでキュウリに目と口を作りましょう。
ポイントはストローをつぶし気味にして、長細くくり抜くことです。

おばけキュウリが出来上がりましたw
ムンクの叫びのようですね。

Let's make fingers next!
Season the whole with salt.Bake only one side of sausage.

次は指を作りましょうw

さっと塩を振り、フライパンを振ります。
ソーセージを片面だけしっかり焼きます。

I will cut sausages and make nails.
And I will make wrinkles of fingers with a knife.
Make shallow cuts.

ソーセージを取り出して爪を作ります。
爪の形にソーセージを削ぎます。
そして、爪のすぐ下と関節の部分に浅く切れ込みを入れます。

Bake sausage again in a frying pan.
Bake to make incisions a little.

When baked, apply red color to the nail part.
I am using edible paint but red paprika is ok though.

もう一度フライパンに戻します。
今度は切り込み部分を下にして、その部分が少し開くように焼きます。
（ちょっとだけ焼きます）

焼き終わったら、爪の部分に食紅の赤色を塗ります。
食紅は濃いめがいいです。水で溶く時に指に水をつけて雫を数滴入れましょう。
そうすると水を入れすぎることがありません。

食紅が嫌な方は赤のパプリカを乗せてもいいです。

盛り付けていきましょう！

我が家は玄米食なので、味がしみこみやすいように、炊き込みの味付けライスを使います。
中身は自由に作って下さいw

Bake the egg thinly and place it on rice.
I use a lot of egg yolk to make beautiful yellow.

卵を薄く焼いてふんわりかけてあげましょう。
綺麗な黄色が出るように、黄身の割合を多くしています。

Open a hole with a knife and insert your fingers:))

結構リアルに出来上がりました。

息子は怖がりなので「食欲わかねぇ〜〜！」と言っておりました。ww
でも「美味しい美味しい」と完食してくれました。
