SBD（SteemDollars）とSTEEMはpoloniexへの入金の時にそれぞれMemoに書く英数字が別です。
どちらか片方の英数字でSBDとSTEEMの両方を送っているので、どちらかがpoloniexで着金していないことになってるはずです。
あと最初の送金でpoloniexのスペルをpolonixにしてるので、別のアカウントへ送られてます。
