I think he thinks he's playing poker. Which is something that anyone who actually cared about the truth wouldn't do.
He wants to be the "last man standing". If things progress the way he wants them to he'll eventually go after Alex Jones, which will become the new WWF, ensuring him fortune and fame. He'll have taken online night courses in law and finally feel confident in his understanding enough to run for mayor of New York.
And there'll be scandals. So many scandals.
