Giant jellyfish

Giant jellyfish are on the move in the ocean. They come from the deep and swim around close to the shore when the temperature is unusually warm. So watch out if you go swimming in a heat-wave around the shores or you may find that you bump into one of these purple hooded monsters.

They are as big as a huge naked fat man with tendrils, floating around, but don’t worry too much because they are slow moving and let the currents propel them through the water, and so you can swim away from them easily.

They are called dustbin jellyfish and can weigh up to 6 stone. Swarms of them are called a bloom. One scientist, who refuses to be named, has said these jellyfish will take over the world before long.

If you get stung by a harmful type of jellyfish then wash wound with water and apply ice and take antihistamines and scrape the wound with a sharp knife to release the stinger. Urinating on the wound does not help though.
Meanwhile, over in Kentucky there are many women who won’t put away their nipples under the spot-light, saying: if men can show theirs, why can’t we?
