I find there's "Work Time" and "Feverishly Fascinated Flow Work Time".
One you notice passing and weighs heavy, and often takes longer than I'd planned because of frequent breaks and basic procrastination. The other is one you look up from and realize, "Oh boy! The whole afternoon just passed and I didn't notice. And I'm feeling a bit dizzy."
This one was one of the latter!
